Excellent service from Josh, who recommended the best headphones for the price range I was after, and very honest about the other ones I was looking at in store. Took into consideration not only price but what I'd be listening to. He also had good recommendations and advice for screen protectors, which was also much appreciated.

Great bunch of people....My new Laptop failed just when I had a lot of work to do this week (yes this can happen even in a perfect world!) and the staff I dealt with were incredibly accommodating and found a quick way to get me up and running in a couple of hours.They didnt fob me off and were very respectful of me as a customer. Big ups to Matthew the Manager, Amand the technical guy and Yan who I made first contact with and made sure everything was OK10/10 for customer support and after sales service on a Sunday

Mixed review:Pros - large format store, good product range, floor staff generally helpful. Very prompt and good online customer support.Cons - St Lukes 'service counter' is often painfully slow even when not busy, the staff have been apologetic and helpful but seem overwhelmed with returns and anything that is not a straightforward sales transaction, needs improvement.

Good collection of demo products so you can try before you buy. They also sell opened boxes (Used/demo) products at good price.

Bad experience at this particular Noel Leeming Store. Sales was willing to help us with our purchase so we ended up purchasing washer/dryer and 2 tvs, making sure that everything was in stock, including delivery and installation. It was until after we bought the products then we realized that no one came in contact with us, no updates and no calls for the delivery date and time. I had to call customer service to find out the date that my delivery will be taken place. Bought all 4 items on the date of 18th of March, yet the TVs still not delivered.Went back to the store on 29th of March to check up on the status of the TVs, they confirmed it will be delivered and installed today(3rd of April) at 1pm, no one came. Called customer service and they said I got moved back to 11th of April.Very disappointed with the communication from staff and the lack of response on the updates.If you decide to come to this store, just be aware if you are trying to purchase large home appliances because you might not be satisfied with their process after you paid.

Had a great experience here. Many thanks to Bhupinder (Barry) who kindly helped us through a multi-appliance purchase with professionalism. We already knew what we wanted, however he explained our various post-purchase customer care options, and helped us feel that our purchase was best done here rather than at a competitor store because of the care we received. Thanks again!

This is the worst store ever. Went to buy a TV and left after 15 minutes. The employees and i think it is generous calling them that stand around endlessly talking on their mobile phones as if its the thing to do when you work in a retail bricks and mortar.Will never darken the door again. A complete waste of my time.

Disappointed with their Customer service, again July 23. Been a loyal customer. Beware the warranty sell up schemes. Buying elsewhere from now on.

Service immediately as I entered got my product straight away was in and out within 5 minutes thanks. Team friendly fast service.

I just went in to purchase the last power converter for my overseas trip. I got the staff member to unlock the stand and take it out for me which he did. I was about to go pay when I asked him if they had any more in stock, when another employee came up and took it off him for an “online order”. He then proceeded to tell me there were none in stock, even though I had it in my hand ready to go pay for it. Absolutely terrible customer service.I have spend thousands in this shop and have had terrible service every time. I had a coffee machine that stopped working that I send away for service, I waited weeks only to find that it had been lost in transit and I had even contacted them 3 times within that period without any progress.I also purchased a dryer and waited 7 weeks for it before I followed up and found that they had sold it to someone else.Genuinely the worst service I have received in any store on multiple occasions. I am usually very easy going but this is just ridiculous
