Rudest store person. Not recommended and avoid doing business with them.I suggest reading the other reviews and see that there are lots of other people saying the same thing.

One of the rudest interactions I have experienced. Old mate seemed determined to run me out of his shop with his foul attitude to sales.

The man in charge was extremely rude the minute we stepped in. Shame on him! We went in genuinely looking to buy something- their loss. Never going back

Rob at Auckland City Auctions was great to deal with and we're very happy with the new lounge suite. I strongly recommend checking out all their great deals at the showroom.

Beautiful pieces of furniture. Fell in love with the Woodgate Rustic range & purchased a tallboy, went back the next day & purchased another one & got free delivery. Don't know what your all on about with Pops being a rude old man? I certainly had no trouble with him on both occasions maybe if we gave a bit more respect to one another, the world would be a happier place.

The *worst* customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we stepped in to the shop the old man in charge made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. He rushed us despite the shop being empty and consistently belittled us with every question we asked. We could barely look at anything without him interrupting and telling us we were doing something wrong. I suggest you avoid this shop at all costs.

I brought a $200 chest of drawers only 2 months ago. One draw does not draw smoothly, another has just come off the hinges. The man in charge is only willing to fix it, for a small charge". This is totally against both the consumer guarantees act

Very good variety. However Rob was a very rude person who seemed not at all willing to help. However he seemed to be helping the local customers. But with us he was being extremely rude and indifferently. Moreover when my daughter s leg touched the bed ,he shouted at her not to kick the bed. No please. No politeness. Just do not kick the bed. Will never return here inspite of the good variety. Basic manners and behaviour is something he needs to learn first .

If there was a negative rating I will give this to them and that's me being polite! I've never encountered such a rude (the rudest) store person ever. On entry we were politely waiting to see someone as there was no one on the store front, then he came with a rude voice saying ehy don't you just come in? Can't you read the sign it says entry"? Then when we started asking questions about the item we were checking he says "Din't you read the description?" in an insulting tone.This is when I said to him that this is not how you speak to your customers... I went there really decided to buy a high ticket item but decided because of his attitude to take my business elsewhere.Don'y buy from these guys. And stay away particularly from the gumpy old white guy at the store!"
