They have been really good all the time but today i ordered couple of burgers. I ordered the vegge burgers and did trust them that they will make vegge burger. We started eating then we find out that they made chicken burger. Which is horrible mistake and can't be forgivable. We are pure vegetarian family and never had chicken in whole life. They made us eaten chicken. How they can make the chicken burger insread of vegge burger. This was not acceptable mistake at all.Very disappointed.

It is a great place to eat at. We ordered our meal then we were seated and before we knew it, oùr meal was bought to us. It was lovely to eat in a nice warm place considering it was a cold evening. Lovely atmosphere and we would definitely go back.

Drive-Thru ordering box is down and not working. Chips were soggy, some with burgers.Generally can get good meals here, depends in the day and time.

Quality of their burgers have dropped a-lot we ordered Vege burger and chicken ranch burgers, there were no freshness in the burgers and also the taste has dropped a-lot, Never going back there again.

Went into the Chiefs game on the weekend, having a Wonderful night. Then preceeded to go to Carl's Jr for a meal, with my daughter and friends. Finding a Magificent Customer Service, and Meal that REALLY made our Experience AMAZING ;) Thank You Sooo Much

I'm prepared to drive across town before driving home just to get their criss cut fries. Burgers are good too.However, sign board at drive through shows changing food deals, says for a limited time but didn't change picture for ages! I was waiting to see what came next but someone pulled in behind me and I had to move on.

Took my sons and grandchildren there for dinner staff and service was really great. Got a family special 40 dollars fed everyone kids enjoyed it will definitely go again.Toilet was clean as well.

My bucket list is to eat at all the Carls Jr's in New Zealand. So far it's been great and fulfilling experience. This quest will add meaning to my short and meager existence while on this planet. Thanks to Carls Jr has filled a void that would otherwise be full of emptyness. Long live the Happy Star and Famous Star that are make up the fast food constellations.

2nd time I've been here, 2nd time order was completely wrong. Place has been dead all 2 times. Average wait time in drive thru always feels like hours. Staff are usually seen not doing much, but watching paint dry. Probably should use that time learning to read or double check orders
