Deceivingly large store with an amazing choice of sports wear!... I'm certain you can find whatever you need here!Came here on Black Friday and although a lot of the stuff was sold out, it was easy enough to get it online.I also had to return something and their process was unbelievably easy, not the mention the staff were incredibly friendly.Excellent service and would definitely come again in future.

Just not right for customers, feel like being jokeI just came over before half and hour they closed , end of big saledayFirst one just a lier, put 55% off on black shoes , but they only discount for blue one. It makes customers being confused. It's my bad, I didn't check it carefully. But please don't do like thatSecond one, I definately remembered that it was discounted 40%. Staff put the sale sign off before end of big sale 30 mins. And they didn't remember how many percent discount for these shoes.Supervisor and staff should have known your stuff well if you want to sell them to customers

Really sad to give you such a poor review. But it is solely due to the terrible courier service you employ. You promise delivery in 1-4 days but they don't share that commitment it seams. This needs to be addressed. However, in store service is fantastic! Thanks for the patience and help. You guys rock!

An absolute jokePurchased online from this store on the 2nd Jan, 2 x pairs of shoes and boxing gear. Recieved an email 14 days later stating one of the items wasn't included in the package and would be refunded, the same package that was apparently collected by the courier on the 3rd Jan.Package has still not arrived, 17 days later... and only had to travel 16 kilometers.Customer service no help, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Few weeks ago I walked into this store as was greeted by a cashier operator that was a awesome start so as I was browsing around the store I was asked if I needed help which I replied yes and within minutes she was taking me to a operator with the new shoes that she helped me with and was greeted by the operator on my exit so we'll done to this store please visit if you happen to be passing by thank you to this store

I came in late on a Friday about 20 minutes before closing to buy some shoes that would provide some shock absorption for my increasingly arthritic legs. I approached the counter and let the attentive staff member know my needs. They immediately were able to help me. Their knowledge of the shoe technologies, brands and options was excellent. They were able to narrow down options and leave me with a few good choices. I walked out of that place with some great shoes that work exactly as advertised. If the rest of the staff are only half as good as my helper then Rebel Sport is doing very well indeed.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating with helping me find the right size shoe and giving a refund from an online order and ordering in the right size from another store. They also honoured the discount Boxing Day price on my exchange. A really positive customer service experience, shout out to Ella at this store for being so great and helpful!

Horrible customer service & rude staff. I can't believe I went to return an item and the lady told me arrogantly that THEY CHOOSE WHAT TO TAKE AND THEY NOT TAKING IT BACK. the item was still new with the tag on and the receipt!!! She was so rude, so arrogant and what she did is not acceptable at all!
