Hey Ellmers,I personally have been a customer of Ellmers for 26 yrs and I have been impressed with the enthusiasm and helpful attitude of the staff members, young and older :-) and the level of service they provide.I take both my personal and work outdoor power equipment, Old and new, nothing is a problem.I particularly appreciate the frank straight up support and advice I receive as sometimes I have to let some things go.Thankyou

5 stars! These people are brilliant if your looking to buy a new scooter at a good price! They will make sure your all good to go and have all the information you need. Also they service all the scooters they sell so when you need to get your 6 month or yearly check up done you know exactly where to go!! Highly recommend =)

Horrible at communication. Bought from them a while ago, haven't given any updates about when it's arriving or anything. Said my purchase would be here two weeks ago Monday, called again and told me the same thing. Do not recommend

These guys are amazing! I brought my ancient 40 year old lawnmower in to them when it gave up on me one day and she’s now the best she’s ever been! Don’t go anywhere else. These guys work miracles and their service is the best you’ll get for miles. Well done Elmers!

Poor communication throughout and i feel I shouldn't have had to pay $130 to fix a problem with my scooter that wasn't there before i brought it in. Didn't fix the main problem. Charged me to clean the carb but when i took it somewhere else they said it was not clean.

My experience with Ellmers has been fantastic. Great communication, with a friendly bunch of guys who know their stuff. The repair for my scooter was quick and reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Friendly guys, good service. Bought an Echo weedeater off them a few years ago and they threw in a couple of freebies. Bought a Silky folding handsaw today and got a sharp deal (pardon the pun!) - better price than elsewhere.

Once upon a time these guys were awesome - things have changed.I took a Flymo there seven weeks ago on a Saturday morning and paid $46. The person on the front counter was about 14 and could not tell me anything or give me a slip - but promised they would call me. Two weeks later no call so I called them and asked what was up. They said it hadn't been looked at. So I tried a week later and they were very vague but said it needed parts and would cost $160 - I said fine. Three weeks later no calls or messages so we rang them up and it was done. Mower works fine now but zero rating on timeliness or communications. Not recommended.

At first blush this outfit seems to be a bunch a guys tinkering in the back with small engines.... but that's just surface level. In reality they are soldiers of JC on the front lines battling invisible forces with torque wrenchs in one hand and bibles in the other. I pray for a hedge of protection over this key strategic Christian outpost.
