i wanted all the light cut out of my bedroom, and the window solution did not achieve this. I expressed disappointment and to my surprise no further engagement or window treatments were offered (although an unattractive sounding heavy slider of some sort was mentioned). I have successfully made my own light eliminating improvements. Other than that my curtains and blinds are lovely, the installers were polite and careful, and left no messes behind.
