Wow! Just walked in at 10am as they open stressing out as I have to catch a flight in 2 hours. My phone was refusing to turn on and had been charging all night it kept coming up with the loading symbol. The guy said yup self reset, he clicked the volume up button then the volume down button then held on the lock button until the apple symbol came up. Absolute lifesaver 100% recommend!! Thank you so much!!!

Went in to get a broken charger port fixed, they fixed it super quickly, and even managed to do so without needing to replace the screen as well even though it was super cracked and I was expecting the replacement to be needed. The staff at phone lab are very quick and professional, and care about getting the best fix possible, definitely recommend!
