Been to other BarberShopCo branches, by far the worst experience Ive had, rough use of clippers and did not put any thought into the cut. Don't want to visit here again.EDIT: My sides are also uneven and the back of my neck is hurting after a shower, I had middle part-curtains done and my crown is so short is sticks up. Dont go here.EDIT 2: Mucked up my crown too, zero thought put into the cut 0/10.

Would never go back. Did not listen to what I wanted. Cut hair too short when I said I don’t want it short. Even showed how I wear my hair normally and didn’t listen. Rough cut neck is hurting. Guy needs some serious training by the looks of the reviews on here. Extremely disappointed.

En BarbershopCo se habla español...This is a really amazing place, all the people are really nice and kind. One extra bonus is they're are dog friendly and another big bonus is they speak Spanish. So it's awesome for all the Spanish speakers here in Auckland.

Today was definitely the last time my son visits this place. He asked for a simple haircut and ended up getting a wonky mullet for entirely no reason. I'm trying my best to be nice but the man who cut his hair seemed like he spoke little to no English so there wasn't much use telling him that he just wanted a simple 3 on the sides and a trim on the top (the man had already gone as low as a 1 in some areas so he couldn't argue with it). The customer service was bad, along with having my son's haircut completely ruined before school begins, he was getting slapped around and the sides were done up completely uneven. After seeing how they massacred his haircut, we took him straight to another hairdresser.If any future customers are reading this and still thinking of taking the chance and coming here for a cut, DO NOT.0/10 Haircut0/10 Communication0/10 ExperienceFIND ANOTHER LOCAL BARBER.

A number 3 then a number 4 cut, following with a number 6 cut on top. Chatty, welcoming, skilled. The staff like giving quality haircuts and have great pride in their work.There's often a small wait as this barbershop is one of the best in inner city Auckland. You're not going to have a better cut nearby I reckon.

Head got pushed around like a basketball. Clipper was really rough, getting jammed into my head. Didn’t listen at all to what I asked. Very uneven. Really rushed even though nobody was waiting after me. Looked like the manager/owner was hanging around and watching. Hoping he gets training.I usually drop in as it’s close to work for a quick haircut that’s fine for the price. Quality of haircut has dropped off so much that I just won’t bother and will wait for my booking at my regular barber. It’s an extra $12 and not nearly but the service and haircut is far, far better.

Muhammed did a great job on my hair cut yesterday. nice attention to detail, good fade, and I like how he just gets on with it. I can close my eyes and relax knowing I'm in good hands. No need for too much conversation which is great because I would prefer he concentrate on the job rather than getting side tracked by conversation which happens often at other barbers. Love the hot towel over the face and wipe down around the neck at the end and finish with product. This is my 7th or 8th cut at this place and it's awesome every time.
