A very nice place. Very friendly staff. A warm & welcoming feel. I enjoyed the eggs on toast & the coffee. The pricing is very reasonable. The location is near the Mall & the Casino. If you are after a great value dining experience, i would recommend this Hamilton family business. Classic Kiwi. Thanks!

Food is nice but on the pricey side for a bakery and eatery. Pies are $6.50 (May 2023) chicken and chips are average but at the end of the day they're pretty much the same price as most of the Cafe's and Restaurants along Victoria St so unless you're specifically wanting bakery I wouldn't really recommend.Staff were friendly and helpful, place was reasonably clean and there's lots of seating. I'd give 3.5/5 stars

Although the interior is a little old, don't let that deter you from ordering their food. I like to dine there at least once a month & I go with my entire family, which can range between 4 adults & 7 children or 6 adults & 10 children.There is definitely food for all ages at a very good price & generous helpings.

Went for a steak dinner after 8pm in the evening. Tasted delicious! Fresh cooked meals are the go to, the pre-cooked food sitting in the warmer was old asfk

Sorry no photo but found this place so very friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. Served with a smile and if you ask for help to select they are more than happy to. Wait time pending on custom is very good. Recommend anytime. I'll definitely be back next time I'm down there

great spot for a feed if you're like me and don't like sitting at some classy Cafe eating a tiny portion of food with fancy garnishes. this place serves hearty meals like steak, burgers, fish n chips, roast meals, bacon and eggs, some Chinese style dishes like noodles, soups, and also has good fried chicken and bakery food like pies and pastries. if there's a group of you this is perfect because such a huge variety means there is something for everyone. while the premises and food isn't first class, neither am I. I just want a good meal for a reasonable price, and I find it here.legit hangover cure food.

Paid $9 for a chicken/avo panini..not greeted at counter even though I said Hello. Sat at 1 of the tables, table clean but seats had food on them. Panini was so dry & when I opened it there was fine bits of chicken placed at opening of panini but it was filled with avocado.Avo looked fresh but because panini was so dry it was yuck. $16 for that and a drink....what a waste of money. Don't recommend at all. Poor service, poor food. Disappointed
