I was in your shop this morning. What happen to customer service? I asked where an item was and I was told you may not have any and if you do they are over there ( the lady pointed to a direction) . You use to have great customer service like your other branches. Their team member's go with the customer and they show you and find the item. You need to fix this frazer cove. It use to be about the customers.

Went to pick up a paid click and collect item. Click and collect part wasnt open so went to the only staffed (non self service) counter. Waited for them to finish with their last customer to have the staff member rudely say I'm closed go find someone else" that took awhile since all the staff were gossiping.Would be great to have at least one staffed checkout to help people out. I'll buy from else where next time."

I had excellent customer service from Carolina at the Fraser Cove Warehouse, every time I go here she always has great charisma and is smiling, she also goes above and beyond and takes me to the ailes to where I need to buy my stuff, I can be very annoying but she does such a great job, for that I am so fortunate and I wouldn't shop anywhere else, thanks Carolina!

Such lovely staff. From the woman that helped me find my desired item, the chatty girl at checkouts and the lovely young man they packed all the large boxes in my wagon for me. I appreciate good service like this!
