Absolutely amazing staff, I was super nervous to leave my cat here for her fist time away from home and they kept me up to date with how she was doing because of this. I highly recommend critter creek and will definitely be coming back

Unfortunately the last two times we used the facilities our cat was not given his heart medication. The first time the excuse sounded plausible, the second time I was more careful with the follow up. I no longer feel it is safe to leave my cats here and am downgrading the review accordingly.

Critter Creek are fantastic and I know my dog is always looked after here. He's always so excited when I drop him off, so I know he loves it here too. Thanks Paula and team!!!

Our 11 month old dog Ben was booked to stay at Critter Creek” over Easter Weekend. Ben had recently broken his foot and was in a cast. Recovery had been going slowly. Despite our best efforts moisture kept getting in between his toes causing dermatitis. On arrival at "Critter Creek" I was met by a woman who I later found out was the owner. Right from the word go she was incredibly rude and abrupt.Because of the special requirements of the cast (such as keeping it “Bone Dry”) I asked to see the room where he was staying to give us peace of mind while we were away. She was extremely against this and said “if we wanted to check the room out

My dog has been there twice, first time he came back he had a nasty rash and sore feet. Second time, the lady tried to give me back the wrong dog, once they identified the right dog they told me he had been biting the staff and other dogs. Wouldn't explain/elaborate when questioned. This behaviour has never been noted by any other person, any other kennel or dog training organisation. Will not be back. Customer service experience was not good, it seems as though the staff at the reception get flustered when multiple customers are waiting. The pricing is good, hence two stars instead of one.

Our dog Gotti stayed at Critter Creek recently while we went away on a family holiday. We could not be happier with the friendly professional service. Everything was so well organized and easy for us. Gotti came home happy and his usual self. We look forward to using Critter Creek again in future. Thanks so much

Very satisfied with the care & service provided by Critter Creek with our little Sadie. She came home happy, brushed & cleaned after her 10 day stay.
