I sent an enquiry at night and very quick response from Eric and Carl. A visit organized for the following day within minutes.We had no signal on our TV so Carl investigated the issue and worked from the wall plug to the ceiling where he found where the issue was and quickly fixed it. Very efficient.All for fixed fee so no surprises.

Tried to book repair - didn't turn up , was a day late.Phoned again - turned up - said he had to come back tomorrow when it wasn't raining, then didn't hear from him for several days. Just called him again, says he emailed me a quote , will re-send, phoned again as no quote received, very rude and hung up on me - then now wont answer phone. Bad service - if you didn't want the job mate just say so - so rude

It's been a long time since I've received such great service. Eric was in touch within the hour and Carl showed up the next day with some sound advice and a super efficient installation. No customer service at all! Bad service, pay the fix fee and pay the replacement of dish as recommend by them, but only last around 2 months. Been told need to pay extra $140 fix fee for inspection ! All they think is money, think carefully before using them.

Kiwi Antennas responded within an hour to my email enquiry regarding problem of loss of signal on some (not all) Sky channels. Carl contacted me the same evening to arrange to come the next day, which he did. Exceedingly pleasant and professional, fast diagnosis, and fix to remedy loose antenna parts at the dish. Highly recommended.

We had signal loss when it is windy and rainy. Requested removal of old VHF and replace current UHF aerial. Was told UHF is ok, tech tested signal (sunny day) said it’s ok, didn’t replace UHF, made a new 2 meter aerial cable for tv, charged for the cost of UHF replacement, we still have signal loss when it rains and windy.Ended up replacing the aerial myself - fixed the problem.Total rip off - total cowboy, didn’t listen to request.

easy to deal with because they have a fixed price so I do not need to worry about call out fee, if it's not fixed i do not pay it's fair enough it took the guy more than two hours to find out the old cabling and finally the signal is through i paid the standard $135 repair price; by the way they work over the weekend Saturday and Sunday too, also after working hours like after 6pm

Marcus arrived when he said. Was a bit of trouble shooting to get better reception for sky and freeview. Replaced respective parts. After sales was also good and included in the cost when it needed some tweaking.Remember your sky dish etc do take a battering from the sun and wind and are most likely the original components from the late 90s. If you are getting lots of rain fade and lost signal it is worthwhile having these guys look and replace where necessary and you should be good for another decade or 2.
