Don't like their website, very difficulty to use:1. cannot keep my ordered items in shopping cart when i am using mobile phone.2.Very often my ordered products are out of stock but still available on website to purchase. I would been asked by their Customer Service to wait till they have the stock.They can improve, i am sure. They have no other competitors anyway.

I do not recommend this site for multiple reasons. First of all, They randomly charged my Credit Card once when no order was made, had to call+email and contacted my bank to get our money back. Secondly, their search function is completely off, when very accurate key words were used, the results were spammed with thousands of unrelated products. Most importantly, They are super slow at processing orders even there are only two products(not even Fragrances or so just normal products). Waiting for days or simply over a week for one simple order to be shipped and another few days for delivery. Overall, not very pleasant experiences.

Always good, I mostly order online. A lot of the products are cheaper and they have products I don't get anywhere else locally. You can take your time and collect points for cash rewards. Deliveries are pretty fast

Ordered first time with this company and extremely disappointed. Even though I could buy everything I wanted as a buy it now" by the time my order was dispatched only three of the four items were on the list.When I phoned customer services to ask what was going on she gave good information and was extremely helpful.I said the company was lucky to have such a great liason person to deal with disgruntled customers like myself. Why does a company advertise a product for sale and actually not have it available? Would I buy from them again ?... NO I will look for an alternative company instead."

I would like to thank Louise, in customer services, for her prompt assistance. Goods I had ordered arrived damaged. I went straight to her and I had a reply in less than 24 hours and it has all been sorted for me. Really impressed. I have been using a product, they sell, for sometime now, and this is the only time I ever had an issue and it was sorted so fast. :) I even had products get to me during the lockdowns too.

They're changing. I sent an email today, and they replied me fast. It's a good sign. However, please do not let the guest anxiously wait, timely inform out of stock or delivery situations, is the basis of good network sales. I hope their services get better and better.

Asked for a refund as they didn't have the product I ordered in stock. Why sell something you don't have in stock? To their credit my refund was processed quickly. Waste of time.

Good experience purchasing from these guys! Placed an order online and although the delivery ETA has increased, it's out of their control given they have so many orders to process. Chris, the customer service personnel was very responsive on emails to any of the queries I had. Thanks guys
