Rubbish store, they do not answer the phone. Have taken payment for delivery orders and did not turn up. So frustrating. How is someone someone to check on an order if noone answers the phone and the app shows that the pizza is ready in store BUT NOTHING HAPPENS

inconsistent size pizza compared to other franchises. ordered 3 pizzas 2 were smaller and fillings weren't fully covering pizzas. hope this gets managed. service was good and kind

Absolutely disappointing,I brought near $100 worth off food and desserts online via bank transfer where they send you recipes via email,I made my order at 6pm by 8.30pm I made a call to check on my delivery, they said it's on its way, from 9pm to 9.30pm they wouldn't answer, I finally get through at 9.45pm and they now say they couldn't find my order and without any discussion they hang up, so thanks dominos I'm down $97.50 and now at 10pm i have to cook dinner for 2 kids 2 adults.

Bunch of cheaters. I ordered Lava Puff roll but they sent Lava cake. When the delivery driver came I said I will call stores. He said ok and then when I called stores they are just disconnecting my call. He kept asking me talk in Hindi. I don’t even know Hindi. Very poor service. Will never buy from Domino’s pizza St George street. You guys are so bad!!!!!! Your rating -10/10. Seriously very bad!!!!!!!

DO NOT get it delivered! They couldn’t see our address on google maps (I checked- our address was there it wasn’t invisible like the driver said) she didn’t even follow basic instructions - manager won’t help u- and after getting my husband worked up she gave up and took the pizzas back to the shop and told me she will talk to the manager and basically said my husband was mean which to be honest he was cos he was frustrated with the service. The only person I would give 5 stars to is the lady that actually delivered the pizzas to my parents. She found the place easily and she gave me a call to let me know so that i wasn’t left guessing whether the pizza was delivered or not. If you’re reading this. You’re amazing and I hope you get a massive pay rise. Other than that… please do better and don’t blame google maps cos we have the same google map and I saw the address.

I came here from papatoetoe to pickup the pizza.....I think unprofessional staff working inside they haven't check the toping which we mention during order.......(can u see any spinach and capsicum and periperi sauce in photo)

Absolutely ridiculous you guys are... I ordered from Uber eats and had to wait for more than 1.5 hrs to get my order when it clearly said 20 mins... If you guys dont have drivers then don't bother taking orders man... Stupid establishment.. Much appreciated if you close the shop and start hiring and once the staff issue is sorted then open up... Nobody orders pizza for them to wait more than 20 mins to deliver....
