Booking system is awesome! Guaranteed a spot and no long wait times. They provide free coffee and wifi with a nice clean and warm place to relax while they work. Highly recommend!

Wow! I’m lost for words. For starters I only payed 80 dollars and waited for 45 minutes ( my car was horrible before hand due to my 3 kids ). It looked like a brand new car for a dealership! Love love love! I’ve already recommended to my family and friends. Lovely and friendly people. And beautiful coffee. Thank you team, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I took my grandmothers car into Carfe Takapuna this morning for the $100 Silver Lux service. The staff were super friendly, the booking system made it such a breeze to get her car cleaned. I enjoyed a nice coffee while waiting. The facilities were clean. Car came back looking fantastic! The team have done a great job & would definitely recommend to others. Cheers guys !

I just had my Ute washed by you guys and to start it off having it reved to the extreme as he rode my clutch to move it, then too wait overtime as someone arrived early and I arrived 5mins early as requested to be pushed back and have to wait longer, then to get in and see half my wof sticker peeled off and the whole lower of my dashboard wasn’t wiped I’m incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed

Took my car to carfe with my fiance after we spent 3 days at the hospital, hoping that getting our car amazingly clean would help perk up our mood only to find spending $325 and waiting 2 and a half hours for it to be done, would cause us far more dissapoinment than any sense of relief.If I spend money on such a service I don't expect to have to then finish it myself.We got the silver lux and seat shampoo.Would not go again.

Sorry team but you just cant tell someone who is waiting around it'll be 30 to 45 minutes and still have the car 2 hours later. I would have happily come back another time. Having dropped the car off at 1215pm, being told between 1245pm and 1pm, it never crossed my mine I'd miss my 2pm appointment. This really stuffed my day up and it is just is not acceptable.

Not a cafe. The car cleaning job is fine, but for $100 and 90mins of waiting I expected more than a self-service coffee machine from a place claiming to also be an on-site cafe" according to the Google listing.No barista or food of any kind while you wait

Boston and his team are the best around for car cleaning. Took my Suzuki Ignis to them and it came out clean and sparkling. Coffee was great as well. Highly recommend taking your car there. Awesome service A+

My son in law spent $325 - 2 and a half hours later they came out with the interior unfinished. Asked for them to fix and they did a little bit more then said “if it’s still not right just call my boss” We recommended this place as 3 months ago we went and it was fabulous. However this place has gone seriously down hill. Won’t be recommending to anyone else.

Yesterday 06Nov, we booked for 3:45PM silver + interior addon around 10:30AM that day, then went there ~15mins early from our schedule and as there was a spot available, they immediately started work on our car. There is also a place to wait with free choco/coffee, wifi and toilet which are of course bonuses. Our car came out really clean, Carfe Team Takapuna did an amazing job. Great service Carfe, thank you.
