Online ordered some blinds. They were missing brackets and screws. Essential items that are needed to hang this product. Customer service assured me that they had dispatched them still waiting two weeks later. Needs less to say we made the trip to the local hardware to buy supplies. No response from customer service. Will not be buying from here again.

I had two lovely ladies helping me find the mattress topper I wanted to buy. I'd looked online to see if it was in store so I knew it was but just finding it was the problem. One of the ladies knew where it was thank goodness.

Very poor customer service rcvd and witnessed. Employee could not answer my fabric related question and did not seek assistance from someone who may have more knowledge. I instead used Google

Great shopping experience, loads to choose from, where it bed bedding, bathroom accessories, home decor or fabric. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

Go to the other craft stores in town for the best luck!This place does not carry a variety of crafting supplies and the workers are very rude.Four workers, standing around chatting, all laughed and made fun of me when I asked if they had an item.They did not have the item, nor did they have the item the person before me asked for.They were very rude and told me to go someplace else. They said to go to a store on the same block, and made fun of me for looking for the item at the craft store. I went to said store - and don't you believe it, they didn't have the item either! Because it's crafting supplies. Which a crafting store would carry. I don't mind if they don't have the item - but the cruelness at Spotlight was uncalled for. The other place I searched, they were very kind and treated me with basic decency. That's all I want. A simple no would have been a much better and kinder response.

The lady who served me the first time was a bit rude. When I pulled out a prezzy card to pay for my purchase she looked at me funny, and got a bit grumpy when she realized I had to sign a receipt thing
