I rang and booked 3 plus a child in for pedicures and manicures.The service was below standard and rather than serving us until finished we were left waiting while they fitted others in that walked off the street. Was so disappointed and we took hours to have the pedicures that two of us gave up on going thru with the manicures. Not recommend for a group at allNone of us were happy with our pedicures the polish was too thick. The place also is very shabby and needs a good clean and upgrade.

I recently got acrylic nails done at Fabulous Nails and Beauty and they turned out amazing! The nail technician was super skilled and listened to exactly what I wanted.

I absolutely LOVE coming here, I feel so welcome and the service is the best I have ever experienced.I have only visited a few times once for pedicure and gel color and tonight a foot/leg massage and I have to say the massage is the best in NZ!!!Thank for always accommodating my friend and I and for making her daughter's 5th birthday treat so specialSee you again soon xx

Thank you for a truly delightful experience today pedicure and manicure too. Then the head massage by Janet followed by hair colour and shaped. This was the most amazing service I have ever had. Hey there I am a loyal customer of Jessica I’ve been going to her for years it’s a shame she has now gone. I did try the Māori girls work once before and I was really impressed and very happy with her work but I had got my nails done by the boss she did not make a conversation with me I felt like I was being rushed overall I am not happy with my nails sorry but I won’t be going back their unless I get the Māori chick now that Jessica is gone

Excellent service. Friendly and engaging staff. Stayed past business hours as I arrived near closing for my second visit there. New to Palmy but this is only nail spa I will visit. Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted at my entire experience. The shop is FILTHY. The floor is disgusting, the walls are disgusting, the nail desks are disgusting and equipment wasn’t changed after previous client (including the towel). The place smelt horrible. I would be HORRIFIED if I was the landlord and walked into that. The staff there have zero customer service skills. I was speechless at how rude they were. And to top it all off, my nails look the worst they ever have. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I will definitely wait next time and go back to Palmy Nails or Queen Nails.Edit to respond to your reply: this is absolutely not a fake profile and I have not been hacked.
