Hi. Got my massager last Monday and love it. It appears our baby cat has also taken a huge liking to it also. Before I do my massage she comes and lies down and waits for her massage! She loves been massaged as does my 4 year old son. It is a real Whanau affair! Thanks! We love it.

I received my massage gun the day after placing the order. I was very happy with the quality of the materials and product. Unfortunately, it had a fault and stopped working. I emailed them, Ryan replied promptly, asking for a video of the issue. Immediately he sent out a replacement massage gun with a return courier for the faulty one. It is easy to provide a good service upfront, but how a company deals with problems is an accurate indicator of its culture and values. Thank you for all your help Ryan, very impressed.

My massage gun pro series arrived a week ago and I am deeply in love! I work as a massage therapist and developed a shoulder injury over the last 2 months which I am currently treating with my massage gun. The different attachments are great and allow me to get just the right treatment for the different muscle groups. My shoulder is feeling much better and I am sure I will be fine in a couple of weeks. The pro series is lighter than other massage guns, making it comfortable to work on the shoulder and neck area. The customer service is great! I emailed twice with questions and got answers the next day. In summary I can say: great product, great value for money, great customer service. Thanks for your help Zanne.

Absolutely amazing product. My sister has the phoenix massage gun, but I personally prefer this one and would recommend it to Absolutely anyone. Nice design and very easy to use.

The gun was pretty good until it was over the warranty period. I emailed the team asking to get a replacement battery but no response. 2 1/2 weeks ago we took in the battery directly to the team and again no response, the only option offered was discount on a new gun. I have since brought another.

Hi guys,For some time now I have had a debilitating sciatica issue down my left leg ( awaiting an MRI and on Gabapentin ). I can only describe the pain as not dissimilar to a severe lower lumbar ' toothache ' with a swarm of sensory issues all up and down my left leg. Very recently I trialled my Son's Platinum Massager supplied by Massage Gun's NZ. OMG.....within 2 minutes of use I had NO pain at all and it remained so for a day and a half. Phoned and spoke with the supplier ( very friendly and informative ) and I will be ordering their Pro series today. This will make life manageable through to diagnosis and indeed beyond if inoperable and negate the need for steroids or opiates.....thanks guys so much for this wee miracle.

Bought a Massage gun. I enjoyed the product and it was performing well.Where I am disappointed is that the after about 6 months the massage gun started to aggressively rattle which gave me reason for concern.I emailed this Massagegun.co.nz twice about it with no response. I have given up on it and now $250 out of pocket.Whats pushed me to ultimate disappointment is how they are still able to send me promotional materials but not deal with prior issues.I mean no malice in this post, I just hope this can be constructive feedback to better your service

Recieved my massage gun today, couldnt wait to try it.. and from the first 10 minutes of use i could feel the tension in my aching muscles alleviate.. sheesh!!! its blimmin amazing! so glad i bought one.. highly recommend! kia ora phullas!

Will not honour the warranty and keep you for months on messenger chat admitting it needs to be replaced. Will then keep telling you for months that they are sorry and willl follow up with dispatcher.Not recomended.
