Stayed one night as a non self contained visitor.Great lake side location. Three long drop toilets provided, unlit at night, so take a torch !No washing facilities.Big site with plenty of other visitors.Good site from which to visit Mt Cook.

Amazing location, the view is surreal!Toilets clean, can be far away depends on where you are parked.Very very windy when I was there but you can manage to deal with it if you park at the bottom of the site and on the right direction with your car!

Superb view of the lake. Only problem with this spot is the super smelly drop toilet. But, you can still stay here as there is another toilet 4 min drive away at the salmon centre.
