Bad experienceFixied everything went for recheck first they told to wait on side. Waited for 1 hour. Then they said go wait in line 2 hours more.

Had to have some work done to my car so went back for a recheck. Pulled into the left lane but got moved to the right. Sat and waited for almost 2 hours. Everyone in the left lane was seen and gone before I got to the front of the right lane - including those who came after me. Had to turn the car on to run the heater as it was very cold. Used the bathroom - only cold water, no hand towels and the hand dryer was taped off.

1.5 hrs to get cof. Stopped because worker didn't believe front seats were legal, if he had checked with importer he could have saved an hour of my time.

Very thorough with their Safety Inspections to ensure we are safe on the roads - Although it's very Busy with a bit of a wait, once in the Inspection is Quick.Tidy and clean, polite Customer Service.At present the Fee was $65.00 for a WOF5/1/21

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service by the woman Maree and the manager of VTNZ tauranga.I arrived 45 minutes early for my driving test to be told my appointment was not today. I showed my booking confirmation which has the correct date and time. The woman at the desk continued to tell me that it wasn't until the following week. I argued it saying my confirmation stated otherwise. She gave me a card and said if I had any questions call Waka Kotahi.After being made to feel like a competent idiot I decided to call the manager and complain. He called me back to say we won't be receiving an apology because his Staff member said she wasn't rude and did nothing wrong!Just to top it off a worker outside (who was lovely) told me that someone had called in sick but I should have received a text stating that my appointment had been post poned... which I did not! So I left work 2 hours early to get there for an appointment that had been canceled at 6:30am but nobody told me! The lack of communication I would have moved past as accidents happen but the customer service did not make up for it whatsoever!VTNZ I expect to hear from you soon.

Absolutely hopeless, waited 3 hours to get a wof on my trailer, failed on a bushing, took to mechanic who said bushing are perfect. All this running around and cost to me because their inspector is obviously incapable at their job. Had to sit in another line of cars for 2 hours for a recheck. Classic all care no responsibility type organization

Way too slow! In a queue for more than an hour and a half is unacceptable.

VTNZ 9th Ave get the job done. That's about as much as one can say. Efficient but not particularly friendly service. Very picky on WOFs and COFs, the result is that one is forced to endure queues and process orientated service more than once. No one smiles and it just seems a bit of a dreary old place, unfortunately. Vehicle certification isn't an exciting subject, and yes, it's a busy place. But some kindness and a bit of positivity wouldn't go amiss.

No customer service at all. Old kiwi men (Alex) treated me and my friend really bad with no reason, we were only waiting the second verification outside and he was really rude to us.Without mention after that verification my car was working bad, the next day I almost got an accident on the way to my job and my car doesn't work anymore. He destroyed my car on the second verification.
