Can't say enough good about Paul. Great service, communication and work.We required a new thermostat for our Smeg oven.He was the only person that was able to help me and not have to wait a week or first have a call out fee.Paul helped me the next day. Thanks for the great work and customer experience.Highly recommend to anyone needed stove work done in Auckland.

I had emailed Steve a wide range of photos of the existing oven to show the state of it however he insisted on a site inspection. Upon inspecting, He suggested not to repair it and replace it instead. The call out cost was $69 for an inspection (he did say it’s usually $110 but competitors call out are also $60).He was a little rude at the end but responsive and prompt with communication and visiting.I just felt that the photos sent could have avoided a site visit hence the rating.

Highly recommended. I called Paul at 8.30am for repair the oven at our rental property. He contacted the tenant and job was done by 11.30am. So impressed.

Rang Paul , explained what I needed, he understood immediately and was at my house within 2 hours as was returning to base from another job and job done as had all parts with him ( replacement door seal and a replacement knob for oven )Guys like Paul restore your faith in trade service providers - great professional advice and product knowledge, responsive and a genuinely nice human being - use with confidence

Stove Works were very prompt in getting back to me. I emailed a few repairers and Stove Works was the first to make a time for the next day. Paul was on time and very professional. I would definitely use them again.
