The only Farmers in NZ that will not provide a refund, even if you bought something that did not fit the recipient, apparently the new Store Managers directive. As a Farmers customer for many years, if you carry on in this fashion you may as well close the door as I certainly won't be back and am telling everyone I know, suggeting they shop at Elizabeth Street or Bayfair. Boycott this store with there unfriendly approach and lack of customer service!!

What a terrible department store !Terrible customer service, they avoid serving people at the cosmetics counter, ever tho you have an arm full of bed linen.Got told by the cosmetics lady working there, they are a low end farmers store so don't stock some products that are advertised by other Farmers stores.New management is definitely required in this store !!Think twice about venturing into this miserable place.

No, customer service, help or support. When I eventually found a counter operating and asked about 30% off, I asked of what as there were no shown price, was told to go back and look again, I then asked some questions regarding product and was told, oh thats not my department, REALLY! so who can I ask? Someone in toys could, but I'm purchasing pillows not toys, I'm also interested in a fridge/freezer but decided not to go through that with the unhelpful staff member, so farmers missed out in a $1900 sale, how customer support has gone out the door, please train up your stroppy staff Farmers.

Online order click and collect at farmers is the worst.You have to pay for the service for one but wait 10 working days even if the items are at the store you want to collect from.The same service at The Warehouse is free and light years ahead. Same day pick up for items already at the store.

I’ve always loved shopping at Farmers. From children’s wear, to makeup, lingerie, and furniture, this store really has it all. Have previously purchased the Casa Roma brown leather lounge suite, and more recently the Casa Roma L shaped lounge suite with chaise in beige fabric, I had it treated by 3M before delivery. 5 years later this suite is still in immaculate condition after intensive use, after beach visits, teenage pre’s and multiple “my friends have no where to sleep tonight” sleepovers. No pilling, dirt marks. Obviously I did a fair bit of couch testing in-store before purchase. That’s a no-brainer.

Nice shop filled with good quality products.Specials running all the time and a good opportunity to get decent discounts on some items.Large clothing range and electrical appliances.Unfortunately when I visited there was only two checkout operators working and there was large ques to be served.Other than that it's a great shop to visit.
