Jen is an amazing coach who makes sure that you are always considering all aspects of your well-being… it was never about just exercise or just eating, but looking after your mental well-being as well. She is definitely bomb and I would recommend Jinxx to anyone that wants to truely make a lifestyle change ❤️

I have done the jinxx programme twice. First time was a one on one programme and the second I did the 8 week online mojo course with a group of good friends. After my one on one sessions I had just given birth to my second child and was needing to really find my new self as a mum of two. My biggest take away in this was around mindfulness and the importance of it all. Jj's knowledge of this blew me away and made an incredibly daunting time something I was able to enjoy.When the 8 week online programme began I was ready to bounce forward and be me again, I had a friend just had her third human and another about to climb Mt Fuji....we were the perfect group of diverse goalsets for the programme. We had cometely individual results. My mindset was weight and fitness. I already had good fitness knowledge through my own training and experiences which is what my biggest barrier was in the end. To change this go hard or go home mindset mixed with pure determination jj had her work cut out for her. The knowledge jj has and her expertise is truly incredible and I feel very lucky to have been able to gain some of that.Without knowing it all of a sudden I no longer cared what my scales said or how fast my 10km run was, I cared about the quality of work and fuel my body was getting.Over a year later the things I learned through the jinxx programme are still hugely a part of my everyday life. Very grateful!

I felt very well supported and through the online modules was able to understand alot more about my nutrition, training, hormone imbalances and much more. I’d highly recommend Jinxx as a programme for anyone that is keen to learn more about themselves on a hauora journey to ‘finding your mojo’. Mei kore ake koe hei āwhina i ahau.

I was a super busy and high-functioning individual that took full advantage of convenience hacks (takeaway meals between work, kid drop offs & errands, emailing while exercising).In a nutshell, doing 100 things at once but not giving 100% to any one thing.Relatively fit and somewhat mindful - I had an inkling that I needed to make a change but was unsure what that would look like. It wasn’t until I read the course description of My Mojo 8 week online group health programme and it was everything I felt I needed to work on – kai, sleep, stress, exercise & general self-care and wellbeing.I can say in all honesty that my experience with Jinxx Health Coaching through the My Mojo Programme was amazing – it has changed my whole mind set and I am happy to give my recommendation.I found the content thoughtful, easy to follow and well-paced. It was easy to work through each weekly module, all I had to do set aside 20 minutes every other day to read and reflect. The online Zoom check-ins and Facebook group helped me engage with others in the group through shared experiences and support. It was also a great forum to ask questions or get clarity on anything we were unsure about.Jenn is very generous with her extensive knowledge and guidance, giving freely support, advice and friendly reminders. The following simple reminders resonate with me especially - be kind to yourself, learn along the way & make yourself a priority.While I am still high-functioning, I take much better care of myself and focus 100% on tasks that are important to me. Quality of exercise and kai has improved, busy-ness & stress is definitely less and I have a new found hunger for knowledge.So, if you need to change your perspective, get out of a ‘rut’ or simply improve your general well-being (body and wairua), I recommend investing in yourself by committing to 8-weeks of learning, self-care and resetting.Sign up for the My Mojo Programme – you deserve it.
