Owner and or staff got big mouths and little understanding of customer service.Wouldn't waste my time shopping there.

Sally has a great sense of style and is a very passionate shop owner. She is super helpful with ideas and understands how her furniture can work in a variety of home settings. We've been in several times in the last year and each time her service has been amazing.

Every time we go in there, the lady doesn’t even acknowledge us. Lots of things I want to buy but don’t even want to support her because of this. Poor customer service.

Lady was extremely helpful. Beautiful shop could buy so many things that suit my house and style which isn't common in many shops. Will definitely be going back soon.

Had visited this store several months prior and spotted a painted wooden bowl, which I decided if still there I would buy. Visited with 2 other ladies on a busy market day. Had a brief look around the store, and spotted the bowl on way out. I picked it up to n my friends, all older ladies, and I was aghast, not at what was said, but the volumous tone and arrogance of how it was said. Have you all scanned...the also older shop assistant hollered. I don't scan I responded without looking up, and continued to check over the bowl I was about to spend $160 on. In that case, you will HAVE to go and sign in at the door. You are touching everything in the shop. (only thing touched was the bowl)Just as loudly, I told her in that case, I will have to leave the shop, and I wont be buying the bowl.Point is, to the owner, you need to invest in some serious staff training in customer service, as that did cost the sale. And, if you are the owner...time for a change of vocation lady, with an attitude like that...you are tired....

Sally has a great selection and is incredibly helpful. We followed her creative lead with our Auckland house before taking it to market, and it sold after the first open home! Thank you Sally :)
