It was my first Sushi Train. It was amazing and felt like a kid picking up food from the conveyer belt. Fresh food. Attentive staff. You should visit for value for your money and to enjoy Sushi.

All plates $4.50...but some of the sushi sitting on the belt doesn’t look too fresh anymore which is not worth eating. For the $$ price and quality, not really worth it. The atmosphere and service is also just okay.

Best sushi train I’ve had in NZ so far! All Raw fish was so fresh and tasted amazing. Good service and some food even Brought out by robots!! Definitely recommended for fresh fast sushi!

Been here a few times. It's OK but during busy times they seem to not put much on the train. The last 3 times I've been there was hardly anything to choose from. At 1230 on a Thursday the train only had about 10 dishes on it, and the usual desserts (see photo). You have to order off the menu and wait. There are better places around.

Staff are really friendly as well as the chefs. Plates are quite small and expensive for what you get, as well as items ordered from the menu, but still relatively alright - inline with inflation recently.Bathroom is always in a terrible state, needs some attention. The shop atmosphere feels outdated and not the cleanest, a little work could go a long way.

Awesome sushi I love this brand. We mostly order the sushi we want which means they come out freshly made. The chef was great and obviously took pride in her work. We had an early dinner here and there weren't many others in the restaurant when we started so not much on the train yet. Nice selection of beers and traditional wines.

Love this sushi train. It's pretty conveniently located in the city, plenty of parking nearby. Really casual atmosphere and friendly service. Menu has plenty of options and the quality of sushi is good for the price. Super easy as all plates on the train are a single price ($4.90) and if you want extras it's quick to order and relatively cheap too. There's a cool little robot that drops off your orders which is a cute gimmick. Grab a plum wine or a handle of Orion and it makes for a nice, casual, affordable meal out.

Love Sushi Train, me and my friend Anastasia go there all the time. We love how different of an experience it is, feels like you are in Japan with the chefs welcoming and thanking you as you come and go. The waiters/waitresses are kind and try their absolute best for you. The food is a delight as always. Will always be back for more
