Fantastic service from Thomas and the crew at Archibalds Volvo. I travelled from Auckland to pick up my XC60 and was absolutely stoked with the vehicles and add ons that were organised. The team were very flexible and were accommodating of my needs. Cheers all.

Maybe I'll leave two reviews so that I can give them ten stars. The whole vibe here is about selling cars in a highly professional manner, but never pressuring the customer. Emma in the Volvo sales dept was terrific. She was patient and efficient, and she really cares about her customers. Took me 6 months to find the right car, and she was wonderful throughout.I am very happy with my experience, and with my new car.

Useless , went in last weekend, to speak to the volvo rep, the whole experience was hard work. We ended up with a car at another much more helpful dealership.

Bought my new XC60 in for its first service at Archibald’s and it went very smoothly. A few days went by and I was having problems with the navigation update they did with the service and nothing was connecting I called up and spoke to the guy I had been dealing with and without a problem he had the car booked back in the next day to have it all fixed and also re updated the car. I appreciate the help from the team. Will be bringing our XC40 in when it’s due for its first service. Thanks again.
