Absolute delightful experience! Was helped by Max today in choosing the most adorable gold dress ring! Very lovely guy! He also suggested to me to visit the Ferry St store which i did- i ended up buying a couple of jewellery pieces from the Ferry store too! A+++ will visit again when iam back in CC!

Rude serviceWould have purchased something if they hadve given me ANY kind of attention or even kindness.. When you go somewhere to spend a decent amount of money you would expect a smile when you walk in/some customer service. I’ll just shop elsewhere

My partner bought me a 3 diamond beautiful ring from here, there was a misunderstanding regarding the claws. We took the ring back the next week, Cynthia was amazing! Arranged to have the claws repaired at no charge and then....actually delivered my ring to my home in Rangiora! Have bought several pieces of jewellery in the past but this service was outstanding!

Amazing new shop from the same people as the original ferry road pawnshop. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and great for the higher end products at amazing prices. Plus who doesn't love to barter just like on the tv shows.
