Gyms normally same.Same equipment less or more but the most interesting thing for this gym is owner Sid.Friendly, cooperative and jolly.So it's makes a difference for me.Love to go to My gym

This is a fantastic gym for ppl who are serious about their workouts. Equipment is top notch and everyone is respectful of each other's space.Very reasonably priced and great owners. Friendly helping staff and PT Sid is the best who provided diet plan and looks after my workout techniques.

one of bests gym in south auckland. its very 1 of few local gym who open 24/7. you can find dumbells upto 70 kg. Well maintained and good environment

trying around lot of gyms around. i found this is the best gym in south Aukland. wide range of equipment not at all over crowded. very friendly owner and always clean and tidy. i will recommend this gym for 100%.

Recently joined this gym after a recommendation. Initially and for a trial to try the gym out if it’s got that vibe where I can train peacefully. Honestly, it’s a great gym, great vibes and awesome people. Don’t be blown away by the name of the gym, some say it’s a serious man’s gym but that’s not the case. It’s open for everyone. Look forward to seeing some new faces in the gym! Cheers.

One of the best gym out south. If you love them free weights for strenght training, this gym got everything sorted for you. Amazing environment and members. Plus i love the big as inspirational ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER painting!
