Hardly ever answer the phone and when you walk in they won't even acknowledge your presence. When they eventually do talk to you they are reasonably friendly.

Fax fee for admin what it cost to pickup a piece of paper of a fax that got sent to you , all hard work was done by the doctor !!!!
