Kitted out for snorkeling with the best gear! We received amazing service from an ex Aucklander. She took the time to tell us about various benefits of all products we needed and made suggestions based on our needs. I couldn't ask for better service. I only wish I could remember her name. What a fantastic store. Fully stoked. Very clean, very professional. Very friendly. I was offered a service to sign up so my receipts are saved with the company. They offered to order in stuff that I might need for my next trip up north, so it's here when I arrive. How good is that for service! Why bother going anywhere else!

These guys are not customer oriented. Tried to buy a rifle and they had no clue on what suppressor to fit. They lost a $3000.00 sale because of this. They did not even try and phone one of their branches to find out if they had one in stock. The sales staff need some serious sales and product training.

Been here the second time this year, just wanna shout out to Jake, who is super nice and helpful, proactively approach customer and perfect communication, he is very knowledgeable and only recommended right product to me even I said I had budget, he even gave many local spot information and tips, really a star!
