Thank You for the Great Service.My Husband and I ordered new tiles for our Kitchen, Bathrooms x 3, and Foyer, for our new house that we are building, Marianne and Rob provided us with an outstanding service, Advised us on all our needs, on what to do and what not to do, this definitely made our life easier, so we could focus on something else.Thank You again and i will be definitely telling all friends and family.

Such a great experience to buy tiles from this place. Marianne and Rob are amazing people. They also found a tiler for me in short notice. Great selection. Great knowledge of tiles and amazingly kind people. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Great customer service. I didn't have a clue what would look good in my bathroom. The team at Tiles on Elliott gave me lots of ideas and helped me find the right tiles for the space and light I had. As for the installation of the waterproofing and tiles they carried out an excellent job. Good tilers with this high attention to detail are hard to find. make sure you book them in advance as they are very busy but it is worth the wait. Thanks again Rob and team for excellent customer service and high quality of workmanship

TLDR; Will never use again, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemyThe worst possible experience. Couldn't get tiles delivered after they arrived so we had to go and pick them up, and manually move 2 tonne of tiles by hand. Then reneged on their promise that unused boxes could be returned, claiming it had to be within 30 days. Which both had not been explained, as is logistically impossible given they wouldn't give an eta for tile arrival in order to line up a builder or tiler until after arrival.Basically worst of all worlds, have no real stock on hand, customer service non existant, surly on every interaction.

Great personalised service. We changed our mind through the tiling and Rob advised and we ended up with more tiling that was originally planned. It was still completed in 2 weeks, given more tiles needed to be ordered.We would use them again.

It is a family run business and very knowledgeable. The owner is a retired tiler and very friendly and welcoming. There is a reasonable selection of tiles to go through and if they don't have what you are looking for they are happy to advise where you can go next. It is local and super convenient for me to go there again.
