EK Property

It has been an amazing stay of 3.5 months in #903 421 Queen street.But Laura who is managing the apartments, is very nice in heart and maintains the house in a good way. She is considerate, gratitude and listens to any complaints very carefully and takes actions asap. Any problems that i reported with the tenants were responded quickly and resolution were made in an ample time.The building manager, Mike, is also very supportive.The only mild suggestion from my end is to have more scrutiny on tenant selection.But overall it was nice stay and i will be happy to stay again if needed.

Value for money for it's including electricity and wifi living in the city central. The management is good and kind enough to help me recommend to another accommodation after some unavoidable issues as noise can be heard from the apartment, which is nobody's fault. Whether or not the recommendation is realized or not is not important, the important thing is to take that extra mile that I greatly appreciate. The one-week is also return. To flat in the place that has a checklist system is organized in a way, which I like.

After backpacking around New Zealand for two months I decided to stay and look for a room. I had contacted several other property management companies but they all were hesitant to rent to a student on a gap year and most wanted too much or didn't seem genuine. That's when I discovered EK Property and their team. They were EXTREMELY professional and genuinly cared about me finding the best living situation that was possible for me. I have dealt with several property managment companies in multiple countries and I truely cannot say I have had a better experience than I did with EK Property. These are people who you can trust and really care about their clients. To say they went the extra mile for me would be an understatement.Thanks guys, especially Manu - you guys made it possible for me to have the best time of my life in NZ!

It is a good place for college students. And close to the bus stop that can easily enter the city and close to convenience stores

EK property is really fast and reliable. When we first apply we got our first visit for the next day, while we were waiting for the apartment to be available they helped us find an accomodation because we were still living in our van.All the apartments are clean and nicely furnished you just need to bring your bedsheets. Usually the rent is per month.Kay , Emmanuel and the team are all nice people , thank you very much for your smiles and good job !We totally recommend if you are looking for an apartment in Auckland (especially couples)

all comments spoke highly of their responsiveness. This is why I wanted to ask them for my flatmates research. Fortunately I didn't wait for them to answer me to look for flatmates. It's been 2 months since I arrived and after several emails and calls I still can't reach them.

I found EK property when I really needed a place in the city and they made the process easy and quick, and during my time there I felt like I was being looked after in terms of maintenance of the apartment and building. Also, my flatmates were very trustworthy people, I highly recommend it.

I had very pleasant dealings with EK properties - lovely people and tidy spaces! I rented a room in one of their units for almost 2 years and was treated with professionalism and respect throughout my stay.There was always open dialogue and available channels for feedback - which was a marked improvement from my previous experiences!To top it off, I made some wonderful memories and meaningful friendships along the way.
