Very-good,informative,polite staff.enjoyed,my accessment.with staff.parking was difficult.

They never answer their phones and then they called me when overseas so scheduled a call for when i was back in NZ but they called the day before when I was on the plane then took another 4-5 calls to get hold of someone, booked in a 1 on 1 session a month out so I could take leave from work then when I turned up they were rude and dismissive despite showing them the call record on my phone and wouldn't take me in and booked for another day even though I said that day doesn't work - really really difficult people to deal with.

This place has helped me so much. I do believe u have to want the help and be ready for change to take the best and fullest amount out if it for your journey. Best of luck anyone that feels they are ready for the step for a better future

Lovely place to be when you need time out and need advice. The staff are very down to earth and very empathetic to an individuals position. The life skills that are offered cater to a range of people from many different backgrounds, both male and female, young or old

Take over two weeks to respond after confirming what days you are available they book you appointments on the ones you aren't . 18 plus month ago they said they would sign me up for 1 on 1 sessions then never heard from them again . They seem to use abusive tactics to try force you into appointments you can't make and won't take accountability for there own inability to respond within a reasonable time frame unsure if there just incapable of reading or are intentionally making appointments that we have discussed are unsuitable as some sort of power trip . IV offered for them to come to me if the dates don't suit or offered to do zoom sessions but they seem to just be power tripping . Sadly had to make my third complaint to the courts about this organisation""

They are a very supportive organization with individuals along with their families..I struggled alot with my daughter but they are very understanding & will I do all that they can to help in any way they can...

I totally stand for support of help/hopeless, the education on day by day living/relationships is priceless, friendly & open, it's for women & men, support on legal actions, getting directions for other inquires, good opening times
