Never go for this company for internet. Worse experience ever. Very slow and always disconnects during calls. Their employees like Paul Blackwood enjoy being rude to customers and always neglect queries.

I'm in an apartment block serviced by HospitalityInternet at $49.90 12mths unlimited and my current provider hiked the cost to $80 per month for a similar speed. Guess why I changed. As our whole block is covered by wireless, there's no router to need fiddling with and with Pauls guidance, installation was a breeze. I was particularly impressed with the afterhours support. I was never put on hold or placed 3rd in the queue"

You can't connect Amazon Alexa's or Playstations to this wifi. The previous guy was super helpful but the current person there isn't helpful at all.

Fantastic experience. Amazing wifi speed and the initial setup was very easy.Faced a minor issue once, Paul was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue.Would definitely recommend!
