I love this business but hated one worker there. While changing with a friend the worker banged on the door and yelled at us calling us weirdos and to get out. She targeted and interrogated my dark skin friend and made her feel incredibly uncomfortable. This is not ok and caused us to leave immediately without purchasing anything.

Had been shopping here for years but visited today and was called a weirdo by a worker and told to get out of shop while my friends were trying on clothes and debating wether to buy or not. After she told us to leave multiple times we decided we wouldn’t buy from them and left because she was so rude.

EDIT: I've since been in contact with the customer service team who were really helpful and promised to resolve this for me. Thank you!Bad customer service, I was greeted by a rude and uncooperative lady who refused to help me and came across as very smug that she couldn't help me.

the staff sold me size 7 shoes which were marked with two size 8 tickets, they refused to refund me or order in the correct size when i returned to the store 30min later. the staff member yelled at me and told me it was my fault, i should have realised they were too small before trying them on. NASTY attitudes. my family has a batch here but I will never return to this awful store.
