Focus Property Management

We have engaged Focus for more than 8 years, we continue to be impressed and delighted with the practical and personal service that Mike and the team provide. A recent example of the genuine interest in looking after our interests was Focus responded to a comment the tenant made about the rangehood not working well. Mike investigated, and found the builders had not installed a vent pipe five years earlier. He got the builder to fix the issue, and then advised us afterwards that it was all fixed - at no cost or hassle to us! Amazing service in all aspects of property management - well done Focus (and I'm not paid to say this!)!

The best Property Management company I have experienced as a tenant. Both Belinda and Mike were friendly, quick communicators and on top of any issues or concerns. I always felt comfortable with them, even during inspections and felt like my privacy was respected. They were up to date in tenancy laws and policies which I appreciated and they always adhered to these, I never felt I had to remind them of things or chase them up for anything. They're a dream to deal with and have set the bar high for my expectations elsewhere! I would happily rent from them again and recommend them to others.
