He was an absolute delight to deal with. Over the phone he gave me a quote for what he thought was likely to be the problem with my washer, told me that he would be over shortly (and was), fixed it quickly, and charged less than he quoted me, which was already a reasonable price. He also gave me a suggestion for something I could do to ensure that it didn't happen again. Absolute legend, I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with any of my appliances.

Great, friendly and efficient service. Able to assist almost immediately (within an hour!). While it was good fortune that the part was cheaper than the quote, the fact that the lower cost was passed on to us reflects integrity. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to thank Craig for the advice he gave me to fix the issues with my fridge. Despite being unable to work due to injury he was still happy to help and even recommended another company who would be able to help. At midday yesterday I made a decision that my old fridge (20+ years) was going to give me grief when I didn't need it so rang Craig at Robertsons and he had one reconditioned fridge and luckily it was the right size to fit my space. I bought it sight unseen and Craig delivered it a few hours later. It is in fabulous condition and I am really happy.I think this service is definitely 5 star and pretty amazing these days.Fast and friendly? It certainly is!! Thank you so much.
