Gravity Internet

Top notch provider of Satellite Internet services. We live rural and while there are some other satellite services out there, Gravity is the best. Our package saw consistent download speeds up to 30Mbs, more than enough for streaming services. Anytime there was a problem you'd either hear from them first or when you called, got the best service ever, fast, responsive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Spent most of my life with a slow copper connection but now with Gravity we can do everything fast and easily including Netflix and Spotify. Unlimited plans have been a game changer too. My family doesn't have to worry about being cut off or running out of internet or any overcharges. The Gravity team have been friendly have very helpful with the setup and install process. My advice is that if you live rurally like me and have slow internet I'd recommend giving Gravity a go.

Sister uses Gravity as their provider in Opua, Bay of Islands. Worst Internet I've ever used. Slow and has frequent disconnections.

We suffered through poor internet in a rural setting for years. Wish we had found Get Gravity earlier, they have been great and the internet speeds have been really good for us. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible! Basic service doesn't deliver much better than dial up speed. Can't stream TV unless you 'upgrade' to the most expensive package ($199 PM) . Cuts out often (and I mean several times an hour), extenders, printers, wireless cameras etc don't work on the alleged 'network' and correspondence often ignored. By far the most over priced, under delivered service I've ever experienced.

Brother has internet with gravity and it is sub par at best, expressed we were gamers and their sales person assured us it could handle it, upon complaining about the service we were told that during the sales phase it is made clear that their service would not be suitable for that purpose, yet streaming is terrible, WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE IF YOU LIVE RURAL AND STILL ENJOY TECHNOLOGY

The worst service provider out there ,fails to provide what they promise ,after numerous emails back and forth they are happy to blame the customer saying it must be the customers pH yet the phone works perfectly fine in town ,a technician will come at your cost ,whilst they sit in an office in Auckland telling me my service is great in the very rural blocks of Stratford Taranaki

We l8ve in a really remote area, where satellelite internet is our only option. Connecting to Gravity has been life changing for us, enabling us to keep in touch with our family members all over the world, keep up with the times as far as news and current affairs go, i have been able to administer our businesses and some community organisations without the hassles and restraints of limited data, we can livestream, watch netfl8x, make cellphone calls through 2degrees (no cellpone coverage here either). Inevitably, in an area of the country with a high rainfall, there are glitches from time to time. We have found the Gravity technicians very helpful sorting a problem. I think of them like a dog with a bone - they don't give up until the problem has gone! Sometimes that involves sending repairers on vast travel expeditions, but it happens. We find it very affordable too, being nealy half the price for more than ten times the service. We can even sit at our whitebait stand in the middle of nowhere and have internet access - which is massive! I highly recommend Gravity .

I don't like writing about bad experiences with businesses, and think they all deserve a chance to 'put it right' - however Gravity don't believe in such things. The product itself is good, when it's good. But often cuts out, often with no warning, their change-over of service providers recently went terrible. You can't stream or do Zoom calls either. We have recently changed to Starlink and highly recommend it, have had no downtimes yet (Gravity would've had one or two by now) and speeds are like Fibre, oh and the costs, cheaper and no cancelation fee! Highly do not recommend.
