I have been taking my very nervous dog to Shelley for the past four years . Benny has grown to love Shelley .She is outstanding at her job but above all else she is a fantastic lady . Shelley is always welcoming , understanding , patient and will go the extra mile for her clients. I have used other groomers before , but it was very much like a production line and didn't suit Benny's nervous disposition . Shelley has a wonderful caring persona and treats every dog as if they were her own and generally cares about them . The products Shelley uses are top of the range too . Benny comes home looking absolutely beautiful and smells glorious . Benny has very sensitive skin and the products Shelley uses have never irritated his skin . We are very fortunate to have Shelley in our life . Thankyou for all you do for us both Shelley .

went to see Shelly for the first time this week and will definitely be a return visitor and highly recommend her services. Friendly and excellent service and Percy came out looking like the rock star he thinks he is :).

We brought our 7 month old spoodle puppy Arthur, to Shelley for his first groom. He was dishevelled looking on his arrival to the salon as he had broken his arm and been on vet ordered crate rest so Shelley really had her work cut out for her, he hates having his hair cut, or his nails trimmed or his ears cleaned. Somehow I came back to pick up a dog that looked angelic, he was neat and tidy and so happy, he was relaxed as he pottered around the place and not in any hurry to go home. This was a wonderful first experience and Arthur has since visited Shelzwagz for a quick nail trim, with another groom imminent shortly we can't recommend Shelley enough, she really is the fur whispherer!

Bonnie has been going to see Shelley for a while now and I will never go anywhere else in Auckland. She comes out looking amazing, so soft and fresh! Bonnie is quite anxious but Shelley is so kind and gentle so I know Bonnie is in good hands.

Great service! Very professional and we feel very comfortable leaving our dog with Shelley. Our dog Ollie always comes back looking handsome and smelling lovely!

I love taking our dog to Shelly for his grooming. He’s always so well looked after and Shelly always does an amazing job with his fur which can get super matted and hard to manage

Anyone who owns a Chihuahua knows how temperamental they can be. Shelly is amazing at creating a calm, relaxing environment putting nerves at ease. My little guy has bonded well with Shelly and always comes some looking great! Highly recommend.

My terrier LuLu is a frequent client of ShelzWagz and she enjoys the experience even more than her Liver treats .The pedicure seems to be something of a highlight and the wee bow at the end of the procedure really makes her feel very special indeed .The grooming hostess ( Shelly ) has a unique relationship with dogs and I sense in Lulu's case adds to her feeling of security and procedural enjoyment .
