Tree Tops - Auckland Arborists

Made contact due to a recommendation which proved accurate. Zach arrived on time, talked through what was required and he offered advice. The quotation arrived promptly and there was clear communication about when and what. The Tree Tops Team of Two arrived explained how they would proceed and removed and pruned trees. The site was left clean and tidy and the kanuka wood left in manageable sized logs and stacked neatly.As Tree Tops were recommended to me I would have no hesitation in doing the same to other people nor in using them in the future.

Zach visited within a day or so, after my initial inquiry/quote request. Received quote very quickly (and was impressed with the price), and answered my questions quickly too. Job was booked. His team turned up on time, checked with me to verify what the jobs were going to be, and got straight into it. They left the site largely clean, with very little to no damage to the plants/vegetation around the trees being worked on. Stacked the logs into a tidy pile for us. Will happily use Tree Tops again in future for ongoing tree work on our property. Absolutely recommend this company to others. Thank you Zach and Amanda.

Just saw my review from 5 years ago....needn't write anything different as we had the same hedge trimmed the same (so much for us controlling it ourselves since the last trim)..and the experience was equally as awesome. This company was recommended to me by my usual arborist who had sustained an injury and couldn't do the work. The service has been superb, from making the initial enquiry, to getting a quote, to a date being set and the work carried out. They did a great job and left my garden in pristine condition. The team was friendly and helpful. They removed a dead tree and trimmed a very old, massive oak tree with great skill.Their rates were so reasonable for the work they did. I will definitely use them again.

The team arrived on time. However, a miscommunication resulted in our maple tree being almost annihilated. Cleanup was OK. Forgot to trim the back of the hedge. Not that good at shaping shrubs. A bit disappointed in the result. However, a team arrived on Friday 11 November to tidy up the hedges. They now look very nice and neat. We are told the maple tree will survive as they tend to be very hardy. Thanks Tree Tops.

I have used Tree Tops services twice recently.The first job was the removal of a large pine tree at the rear of my property. Access was difficult, a large crane being used from the street, lifting sections of the tree over my garage. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which they disassembled and removed the tree, all done on the same day. They employed high standards of safety and they cleaned up the site well before they left.The second job was the removal of four smaller trees near my boundary. The job was done quickly and well with good friendly communication.Tree Tops are skilled professionals. I recommend their services.

Thank you so much for an amazing work! Had two colossal pine trees cut. The team did a great job, was super efficient and impressed the neighbors as well! The team was super courteous and kind, willing to work in the rain and accommodate us at every turn. The quote was the best from the numerous I've gotten as well. Can't recommend enough!

Brilliant service. Zach showed up on time, gave me a quote for both the tree and the stump grinding. They did a fantastic job getting rid of the tree in just a couple of hours, returning a few days later to get rid of the stump. Great communication and speedy service for a great price. I would definately recommend them to others.
