l do NOT recommend this company. My booking was lost so when l rang l was told someone would be on their way. An hour and a half later 2 people arrived who were unsure of what they were meant to be doing which was oven and kitchen cleaning. l had seen a relatives oven cleaned by another company who did a fantastic job with an old oven. Unfortunately they were unable to do my job at the time. The worst thing l did was book Ultimate cleaning. Too much to say here but l have had to book another company to clear up the mess and start again .

They did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. Booked me in at last minute. Affordable and great service. Highly recommend.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Sorry mate, but you were late, you told me that you were steam cleaning the carpets which you did not, you had a rug doctor type machine so they are going to take forever to dry. I had moved everything in my entire house out to the garage to make your life as easy as possible and still you didn’t bother moving anything to do the carpets under the two beds or couches which were already pulled off the walls. You tipped the waste out on my lawn leaving a mess instead of asking me where the drain was, you left a mess all over my tiles throughout my whole house. My house STUNK for days after, at which point I rung and text you to come and rectify, you didn't so I went and got a carpet cleaner, and product, moved everything again myself, and cleaned the carpets myself. Gave you multiple opportunities to call, email and offer me a partial refund for my time, which you didn't. I won’t be using your services again.Oh, eventually when I emailed one last time asking for something in writing, he offered me half my money back or all of it if I removed this review, so I did - now I am putting it back. to warn people.

We used the services of Ultimate Clean for the 3rd time in 5 years for an end of tenancy clean. They were reliable, willing, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. We were very happy with the results.
