Took a small item in asking if it could be wrapped. Sent email and follow up phone call after not hearing from them for a week. Another week passed, still no communication. Went and collected the item. Owner was basically not interested in the job but couldn't be bothered letting me know earlier. Pity as small jobs often lead to larger projects if handled well.
