The team were great to deal with and really good at communicating the process. Also, made us aware of a potential problem and came back to solve the problem promptly. Having a Bowranda is one of those things you don't know you need until you get one and then you wonder what you did before you had it. We were worried about losing light in the house, but we are amazed how light the house is still.
