I'm not happy about making this review.Mark inspired confidence during our first contact. His quote was noticeably above market, but he promised great quality in the report. He was also very flexible to rearrange other appointments to meet my request for an urgent inspection. The job was done as scheduled and the report was delivered on time with very good quality.After reading it, I only needed to have a brief catch up to wrap up a couple of points that could change the direction of the deal. Unfortunately, Mark never made himself available after sending the report. I tried contacting him during the times he said he would be available, but he never answered any of my several attempts to reach him via phone and text messages, which was quite disappointing and strongly impacted the value I got from hiring his services.

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. His attention to detail was first rate, and his clear communication ensured total understanding of the situation. Mark was easy to contact, and he took the time to speak over the phone to make me feel reassured and confident moving forward. Much appreciated, Mark.
