I Had ordered the wrong size waist trainer and had to return, not much of an online shopper so I was a bit unsure of the process. Luxe staff replied fast and informed me of what I needed to do. They were so fast with their replies and the entire process! Got store credit and have ordered a new one literally taken a week which is amazing considering the long weekend!! I loveeee these waist trainers! I ordered one a while ago and went from a M (which was originally tight for me) to S so quickly! I have since had a baby and ordered another. Wearing the waist trainer not only gives my confidence, but it also helps with my posture and limits how much I get fit in my stomach! I just ordered one for my mum, but got the wrong size, so contacted customer support to send it back and the team was so lovely to work with and super fast with replying to emails and processing the exchange!I literally tell alllll my friends about them. 100% recommend!

Awesome company to deal with, super fast shipping and responses to emails. I brought the wrong size but went through the return system and got it returned and brought the right one all within two days! Super fast haven't felt with a better, well handled company!

I brought this amaing product early Saturday morning and received it in the mail on Tuesday (which is super fast) I only wore it once and immediately I felt and looked VERY different. It supports my back and prevents me from slouching my posture and chest stood out the most which of course made me feel confident! I looked amazing, it outlined my body shape and sucked in all the unwanted fat" (if you must say) I'm very please to come across their product and I'm excited to try their berry shake which I also ordered as a deal-like package. Zip up Latex trainer.Delivery time was super fast. I oredered on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday.I am a size 12-14 I got a large size which fits great. The clips and zipper together are an awesome combo.I have had it for just over a week and am yet to see 'inches' lost and posture improved but I am hopeful ☺️.I do however feel a lot more confident in what I wear as it tucks the 'bulgy' bits in lol.Thank you to the 'Waist trainer' team for this great product.
