I would say this is one of the top Malaysian restaurant in town. Whether you coming by yourself or in a group of ten, they can cater for you. Big tables available upstairs for larger groups. Tasty and authentic Malaysian food, highly recommended for everyone

Delicious food, very good and courteous service resulting in a great experience. Also the Me Goreng is one of the best in Auckland. It's one of the few restaurants now that gives a serving size to completely satisfy. I recommend this place.

Petaling Malaysian Restaurant
Had lunch here not too long ago. The place was pleasant, spacious and sitting was comfortable. The service was friendly and no language problem. The food was tasty and the serving was reasonable. There were a good selection of dishes. If you are keen on a taste of Malaysian, you must pay this place a visit. We had nasi lemak, curry laksa noodles and char kueh teow. Will be back to try other dishes.

This is my favorite & regular Malaysian restaurant. Took a group of Malaysian friends for dinner & they were so impressed. Food are so yum & authentic Malaysian taste. Staff are very friendly & attentive.

Every time I've been here, the food has been fresh and flavourful, with a very decent portionThis review is for my third time dining hereCame on a Wednesday night around 7 pm, fairly busy but we managed to get a tableWe ordered main dishes shared between twoWe got the butter egg floss king prawn and badong squidThe squid tasted very fresh and had good texture. First time trying the badong sauce, it had a nice sweet and tangy flavourThe king prawns were very big, and were fresh and cooked wellOverall the food is fantastic and well worth the price. Looking forward to coming back

The squid in badong sauce, mildly spiced and tangy was appetising. The salty egg chicken was flavorful with generous coating of salty egg. Overall quite authentic Malaysian flavour.

I'm starting my Malaysian Restaurant Journey with this restaurant. Parked along Dominion. This restaurant has a pretty nice setup. 2 levels of dining and plenty of room I suppose.We had the Wat Tan Hor and Dry Bak Kuteh. This single served portions we're a little smaller than some other Malaysian Restaurants but just a slight difference.As for the flavors, it was okay to start with. I wasn't blown away by it and seemed okay - leaning towards not too bad. That's for the Wat Tan Hor.As for the Dried version of the Bak Kuteh, it was just okay and nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn't quite gather the taste or place it somewhere. Nothing too distinct so I'll just say it's pretty plain for me.It's not a must travel place/restaurant so I'll probably drop by only if I'm within the vanity.
