I received a celebration box for my birthday. Package came in good condition, however when I opened one of the packets of food, there was a foul smell and mould on the food. I contacted the company and they said Oh no!" but made no effort to replace the mouldy food or provide any service to rectify the problem."

Very bad customer service by lady sitting in front Alyssa. Very rude and unhelpful on product choice. Would never deal with this company. Disrespectful as chewing gums while talking to customer.

Absolutely recommend,amazing service,we unfortunately had 1 item missing,we contacted celebration box straight away,they apologized and sent the time that night on the overnight service,we received it first thing the next morning,not only did they send what was missing they also added a couple of extras in,all in all great service super friendly staff and super fast and easy to deal with,we will definitely be getting some more in the near future thankyou.

I should have read the reviews before even attempting to order, then I wouldn't have wasted my time.Was disastrous from the beginning to the end. Not an easy site to navigate via mobile. Delivery options weren't clear either so I phoned to get clarification. Not only did it take several attempts before anyone answered, (I phoned during business hours) the lady who did answer the phone was unhelpful and honestly, just sounded annoyed. That tone and phone manner, wow.I had heard lots of negative feedback from friends and colleagues but now I can confirm and agree with them.I do not recommend and I definitely will make sure to tell anyone who mentions them, to steer clear.EDIT to reply to respons:I understand courier deliveries are out of your control, however, had your customer service provided information about priority delivery"

Easy booking, delivery happened on date that I had booked for to a tricky Newmarket address (so I was a bit nervous about the courier finding the address but seems there were no troubles). Box looked great when it showed up, note was exactly as I had written. Price was reasonable, would use this service again. Thank you guys!

Disappointing experience & wouldn’t order againBox arrived a day later than it said it would. No tracking details or notification of box being sent until I emailedWhen it arrived the box had one layer of cling film around it. Box was damaged in multiple places, seal half ripped open. Husband saw the box with celebration box written on it through the fling film and immediately guessed what it was so ruined the surpriseOne of the spices was mouldy & damp and unusableCompany refunded the spice but wasn’t interested in the damaged box with broken seal. This is part of the presentation of a gift so thought that would be more important to them. The rest of the contents of the box were nice but not really worth the price of it.

Ordered 1 week in advance for a specific date (boss' birthday) - after having to follow up throughout the day 3 times, the box finally arrived at 5pm, after she had gone home... very disappointing.Not to mention, what a rip off this is... this box was $50 with shipping, and what you see is all that is in the tiny box... worth no more than $10. Would not recommend.

Received our first ever celebration box this morning. Arrived so perfect! Smells amazing and looks too good to eat! Everything is so fresh. Couldnt be more happier!
