They were so nice and helpful getting my dress sorted the week that they opened after the new year. I came in with my own thoughts and concerns and she helped me find a solution that would work for me. She even fixed a seam that had broken without me even noticing! Would definitely go back for future alterations.

Hands down the best alterations in Auckland. They are lovely and do really outstanding work. They have managed to save very precious items that have had issues and even repair the disasters that were created when I used another very very bad alterations service. I would trust the ladies with my wedding dress they are just that good. They consistently deliver very high quality work in the timeframe they promise.

I came here for a dress alteration. I was in my best friends wedding line and the dress I had ordered to wear on the wedding day was a little tight, so I had come here to ask if they could help loosen it up for me.I was very happy with the after results. The dress was fitted to my size and it was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was quick and it was done properly. I left feeling very satisfied with the service.Location is great , however parking is hard to find unless you park near the dairy or across the road. The store was very clean and spacious changing rooms.

A wonderful business! They did a fantastic job altering my wedding dress at a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff who work incredibly hard. Highly recommend!

I had a pair of mens trousers the side seems had unstitched and needed repair. The repair was a quality job and the service was great. A drop off and pick up less than a week later, well done ladies

I won't take my clothes anywhere else. They have done the best work and don't charge an arm and a leg for it. Very affordable. They do take a week because it is one lady doing everything so don't go in there expecting an hour or overnight service.
