I was still on the fence about it, but she appraised my house and prepared it for market anyway, so when I decided to sell, it was ready to go right away.Throughout the campaign she kept me updated on the comings and goings of the open homes and private viewings and gave me a good sense of what the potential buyers were thinking, and what I could do to fix any issues. She even found a new oven door for me!Come auction day we only had the one bidder unfortunately, but Grace had 4 very good offers ready to go for me the next morning. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful . Vic understood that we were uncomfortable with open homes and suggested viewing by appointment. Quite frankly the process was exactly right for us.
