Mark did a pre-purchase inspection on our property in Long Bay. He was professional and exceptionally thorough, but also friendly and personable. He went through the house inside and out with a fine tooth comb finding every fault no matter how tiny. He also took the time to highlight the positives about the house which was reassuring.I would recommend Mark without any hesitation and will definitely use him again in the future.
